Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password,

  • Step 1: Type your User ID and click “Forgot Password” link.
  • Step 2: Enter the required fields -User ID, Email Address, and one of the optional fields and click “Submit.
  • Step 3: As a security precaution, you need to choose the phone number from drop down and click “Send Me a Text Message” or “Call My Phone”.
  • Step 4: Upon receipt of the 6-digit confirmation code, enter and click Submit.
  • Step 5: Enter new password twice following “Password combination” and click “Set Password”.

Correct User ID & Password, but unable to log in.

Your registration may still be pending or your registration has been delayed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service for assistance at (626) 463-9988.

Old Page Stuck in Cache

Your browser saves a copy of Web pages you access in a special folder called a cache. Sometimes an older version of the Log In page is still in the cache and your browser does not load the new page when you try to log in. Try emptying your cache. (See your browser help for instructions on emptying the cache or clearing the history.) Then close and reopen your browser and try logging in again.

To clear your cache in Microsoft Edge:

  1. You can see your browsing history by selecting Settings > Privacy, search and services.
  2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  3. Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.
  4. Choose the types of data you want to clear.
  5. Select Clear now. Close your browser and then restart.
